GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR SCAN AND WIN BLUEBAND 100 YEARS PROGRAM

This Scan and Win BLUEBAND 100 YEARS PROGRAM ("Scan and Win Program") is organized by PAKISTAN SALE PVT LTD ("Upfield"), based in Pakistan, as the principal of packaged food and the organizing agency Team Reactivate PVT Ltd & Blinc ("Agency") (Upfield and Agency collectively referred to as the "Organizer").

This Scan and Win Program is a promotion for selected BLUEBAND consumers by the Organizer, where Blue Band Customer consumers ("Participants") can participate in the Scan and Win Program by purchasing specific BLUEBAND products described in these Terms and Conditions ("Products") and registering to the Scan and Win Program through BLUE BAND website ("Website") to earn the opportunity to win various prizes being advertised on consumer promotion website under scan and win program.

Participants participating in this Scan and Win Program must read, understand, and comply with the terms and conditions outlined below, including any changes made by the Organizer from time to time ("Terms and Conditions").

Scan and Win Program Period

This Scan & Win Program shall commence from 15th March 2024 to 15th July 2024

Participant Requirements to participate in the Scan and Win Program

Participants must meet the following requirements:

1. THIS Scan and Win Program IS OPEN TO EVERYONE (EXCEPT ALL STAFF OF UPFIELD, OTHER PARTICIPATING ORGANIZATIONS AND ALL OTHER RELATED PROMOTONAL PARTNERS) ("Participant”).
2. Fulfill all the provisions in these Terms and Conditions.
3. Agree to the Terms and Conditions at www.upfield.com/terms-and-conditions/index-html and Upfield's Privacy Policy www.upfield.com/privacypolicy/index-html.
4. Provide genuine personal data and not belong to any other party. The Organizer is not responsible for Participant actions if there are participants using data from any other party.

SCAN AND WIN PROGRAM COMPETITION MECHANISM AND CONDITIONS TO RECEIVE THE GIFTS

1. 1. In order to participate in this scan and win program, you must purchase Blue Band limited edition pack of 235gm & 475gm and should be able to show the pack and payment receipt at the time of winning the prize. Upfield hold the right to verify the pack before deliver the prize.
2. 2. All the participants are required to fill in the details on the Website for participating into the competition and follow the guidelines mentioned below:
   • On one mobile number, one participant can participate only.
   • Acurate name, mobile number, national identity number.
   • In case of incorrect details the winner will not be able to receive a gift and balloting process will move on.
3. The winning participants (“Winners”) will be notified by sms/Whatsapp or call.
4. By sending your details for participating in consumer promotion by Upfield, you expressly agree to receiving phone calls and messages from organizer about any promotional offers, campaigns, product launches, etc., or for any surveys, consumer studies or product appraisals during the Scan and Win Program Period.
5. If a winner cannot be reached after 2 phone calls & 2 SMS/WhatsApp have been sent to inform them of their prize, they automatically forfeit their gift.
6. The Winner must sign a receiving upon delivery of the gift and must submit a copy of their / their Guardians’ NIC (National Identity Card) as well.
7. All Participants shall be responsible for ensuring that their entry and/or acceptance of the gift does not contravene any local laws or regulations in the city in which they reside. This Scan and Win program shall be void where prohibited or restricted by law.
8. Distribution of gift for the Winner will be based on the balloting and one person can only participate once and only one gift is applicable for that person, except for bumper prize (which is the biggest in value).
9. This Scan and Win Promotion is only applicable in Pakistan, participants living outside Pakistan will not be considered as winners.
10. The gift can be delivered / collected from the same city from which they participated in the competition. In case of changed location Upfield reserves the right to fulfill the gift or deem the entry incorrect.
11. 11. Winners must present their CNIC, SMS/WhatsApp used in the Scan & Win Program entry and the original bill or actual pack of the limited edition as the proofing criteria. In case of the mismatch participation will be deemed incorrect and Upfield reserves the right for declaring it null and void.

WE MAY ALSO SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION WITH AUTHORITIES INVOLVED IN THE PROMOTION. YOU HAVE CERTAIN RIGHTS IN RELATION TO YOUR PERSONAL DATA INCLUDING TO OBTAIN INFORMATION ABOUT HOW YOUR DATA IS USED, GET A COPY OF YOUR DATA, TO RECTIFY, DELETE, OR TRANSFER YOUR DATA, AND IN CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES TO OBJECT TO OUR PROCESSING OF YOUR DATA. IF YOU HAVE CONSENTED TO OUR USE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION, YOU CAN WITHDRAW THIS CONSENT AT ANY TIME BY CONTACTING US.
2. BY ENTERING INTO THIS SCAN & WIN, THE PARTICIPANT CONSENTS TO THE COLLECTION, PROCESSING AND USE OF THEIR INFORMATION BY THE AGENCY APPOINTED BY UPFIELD PAKISTAN SALE PVT LTD AND ITS ASSOCIATED COMPANIES. THE PARTICIPANT INDEMNIFIES UPFIELD PAKISTAN SALE PVT LTD AND ITS ASSOCIATED COMPANIES AGAINST ALL AUTHORIZED AND RIGHTFUL USE OF THE COLLECTION, PROCESSING AND USE OF DATA IN WHATSOEVER FORM IT MAYBE. 3. PLEASE NOTE, WE COLLECT & PROCESS PERSONAL DATA. BY SUBMITTING YOUR DATA YOU AGREE TO BEING CONTACTED ABOUT ENGAGEMENT IN OUR ON-GOING AS WELL AS FUTURE INITIATIVES - WHICH ARE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.
4. THE PARTICIPANTS GIVE THEIR EXPRESS CONSENT FOR THE NUMBER PROVIDED, TO BE USED FOR ANY PURPOSE REQUIRED BY UPFIELD OR ORGANIZER RELATED TO THE THIS SCAN AND WIN PROGRAM AND THE PARTICIPANTS HEREBY REVOKE THEIR RIGHT TO BRING ANY CLAIMS WHATSOEVER AGAINST UPFIELD and/or Organizer FOR USING THEIR CONTACT INFORMATION FOR AN UNBOUND PERIOD OF TIME.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. UPFIELD RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THE DATES, MECHANISMS, PRIZES, AND/OR TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE SCAN AND WIN PROGRAM AS LONG AS THE CONCEPT AND VALUE ARE MORE OR LESS THE SAME AS THOSE OUTLINED AT PRESENT, WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE, INCLUDING COMPENSATION IN ANY FORM TO PARTICIPANTS AND/OR ANY PARTY. IN THE EVENT OF FORCE MAJEURE OR OTHER MATERIAL CONSIDERATIONS, THE ORGANIZER MAY CANCEL THE SCAN AND WIN PROGRAM WITHOUT OBLIGATION TO PROVIDE NOTICE AND/OR COMPENSATION TO ANY PARTY.
2. UPFIELD RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL AND WITHDRAW THE AWARDING OF POINTS FOR PRODUCT REDEMPTION AND/OR CANCEL POINT REDEMPTION IF PARTICIPANTS ARE DEEMED TO BE CHEATING AND NOT COMPLYING WITH THE APPLICABLE TERMS AND CONDITIONS WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.
3. THE GIFTING MENTIONED ON THE PROMOTION COLLATERAL IS EXCLUSIVE OF TAXES AND EQVIVALENT MONEY WILL BE PAID BY THE WINNER. IF THERE ARE PARTIES CLAIMING TO BE UPFIELD AND/OR THE ORGANIZER CHARGING FEES, REWARDS, AND/OR SIMILAR TO PARTICIPANTS AND/OR WINNERS, IT CAN BE ENSURED THAT IT IS NOT TRUE AND IS A FRAUD.
4. UPFIELD AND/OR THE ORGANIZER WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE IN THE EVENT OF FRAUD AND/OR OTHER CRIMINAL ACTS CLAIMING TO BE THIS SCAN AND WIN PROGRAM. THEREFORE, PARTICIPANTS ARE ADVISED TO BE CAREFUL AND VIGILANT AGAINST FRAUDULENT SCHEMES AND/OR OTHER CRIMINAL ACTS THAT MAY CLAIM TO BE THIS SCAN AND WIN PROGRAM AND ALWAYS ENSURE COMMUNICATION WITH LEGITIMATE ORGANIZER PARTIES RELATED TO THE SCAN AND WIN PROGRAM.
5. EVERY PARTICIPANT PARTICIPATING IN THIS SCAN AND WIN PROGRAM GUARANTEES THAT ALL INFORMATION PROVIDED IS TRUE, ACCURATE, AND CORRECT DURING THE SCAN AND WIN PROGRAM PERIOD.
6. BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS SCAN AND WIN PROGRAM, PARTICIPANTS AUTHORIZE THE ORGANIZER TO:
   • PROCESS, STORE, USE, PUBLISH, AND/OR DISPLAY PARTICIPANTS' PERSONAL DATA (AND ANY WINNERS INCLUDING, AMONG OTHERS, NAME, PHOTO, IDENTITY NUMBER, ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER, INCLUDING THE RIGHT USE THE PICTURES COLLECTED THROUGH ONLINE ENTRY FOR DIGTIAL AND PRINT PUBLICATIONS FOR PROMOTING CAMPAIGN RELATED TO THIS SCAN AND WIN PROGRAM AND/OR ANY FUTURE ADVERTISING AND PUBLICITY PURPOSES;
   • CONTACT PARTICIPANTS VIA DIRECT MESSAGE VIA INSTAGRAM, EMAIL, WHATSAPP, TELEPHONE, AND/OR SMS, OR ANY OTHER MEDIA;
   • PROCESS PARTICIPANTS' PERSONAL DATA FROM ANYWHERE (INCLUDING THROUGH DATABASES ACCESSED REMOTELY FROM OTHER COUNTRIES); AND/OR
   • DISCLOSE PARTICIPANTS' PERSONAL INFORMATION TO UPFIELD SERVICE PROVIDERS AND/OR UPFIELD AFFILIATES AND/OR THE ORGANIZER TO DO THE ABOVE AND TO AUTHORIZED PARTIES (IF REQUIRED BY THE APPLICABLE LAW IN THE [PAKISTAN]);
   • BLUE BAND WILL NOTIFY THE PARTICIPANTS AND/OR THE WINNER BEFORE PUBLISH OR DISPLAY THE PERSONAL DATA OF ANY PARTICIPANTS AND/OR WINNERS GENERATE FROM THIS SCAN AND WIN PROGRAM FOR ADVERTISING AND PUBLICITY PURPOSES; AND
   • ALL DATA COLLECTION IS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE UPFIELD PRIVACY POLICY WWW.UPFIELD.COM/PRIVACYPOLICY/INDEX-HTML.

UPFIELD HAS THE SOLE DISCRETION IN ALL MATTERS OF THE SCAN AND WIN PROGRAM, INCLUDING TO THE RIGHT TO SELECT WINNERS BASED ON THEIR ENTRIES, FREE FROM ANY EXTERNAL PRESSURES, THEREFORE ITS DECISION SHALL BE FINAL AND CANNOT BE CHALLENGED BEFORE ANY AUTHORITY, REGULATORY, LEGAL OR OTHERWISE, WHATSOEVER.
11.
